What's the difference between Just Drills and All Access?
Just Drills gives you my full drill library, workouts, and real training session footage. It's great if you want to train on your own outside of practice. All Access includes everything in Just Drills, plus coverage breakdowns, technique instruction, football IQ development, and teaching tools built for both players and coaches who want the complete system.
Is this good for beginners, or only advanced players?
Both. The content is built to meet you where you are, whether you're a youth player just learning the position or an experienced DB looking for an edge against elite competition. Everything is explained in plain language, with video and diagrams, so nothing gets lost in coach speak.
I've never played DB myself. Can I still help my son with this?
Yes. Everything is explained clearly enough that a parent with no football background can follow along and understand what your son is working on. Several parents have told me they came away understanding the position well enough to coach it themselves.
Is this only for cornerbacks?
No. This program covers anyone who finds themselves in coverage: cornerbacks, safeties, nickels, and linebackers. If you're dropping into coverage on any down, this content applies to you.
How much time does this take?
You don't need hours a day. A few minutes reviewing a new tip, technique breakdown, or drill is enough to build real progress over time. Consistency matters more than volume.
